Do you think it’s hard to switch from a Windows computer to a Mac OS X computer? In fact It’s not as hard as it was to switch from a paper roll to a book in the medievals.. And YES they had Healpdesk even at that time, and luck was well there..
I wonder how it was when they switched from stone tablets to paper rolls?
